Day 01 – Arrival in Bangalore
Fly to Bangalore by international flight where traditional Swagat (Welcome) awaits. Meet a representative and transfer to your hotel. Bangalore as we know it as the Garden City, which mixes old colonial glamour with new energy. Wonder at the Vidhana Soudha which is a grand architectural building, home to the state legislature and boasts of a massive dome and a stately architecture.

Day 02 – Bangalore-Mysore (135 km / 3 hrs)
Start your day with a half day sightseeing tour of Bangalore. Go to Tipu Sultan Palace which was constructed in an Indo-Islamic style by Haider Ali but was completed by Tipu Sultan. Visit its teak wood interiors and influences of Mughals. Visit the ISKCON temple, a fascinating blend of the old Dravidian and the new world architecture with a Vedic library and serene religious ambience.
Take a walk in the most renowned botanical garden Lal Bagh, initiated by Haider Ali in the year 1760, which is home to Red roses all year round.
Then we have a trip to Mysore, which was once the capital of the Wodeyar dynasty. It is a beautiful city with dazzling palaces, grand boulevards, postcard-like gardens and ancient temples.

Day 03 – Nagarhole National Park – Mysore (95 km / 2 hrs)
Old memories and landmarks of Mysore start with the Srinagapatna, the capital of Tipu Sultan. Darya Daulat was built on an Island in the river Cauvery.
Then, take a trip to the magnificent place, Mysore Palace, also referred to as the Amba Vilas Palace, whose designer was the British architectural designer Henry Irwin. It is an example of Indo-Saracenic architecture, alluring interiors.
The final stop in your Mysore tour will be Chamundi Hill, whose temple dates to the twelfth century and is dedicated to Durga, and also has the Nandi statue, a 5 m high statue .In the afternoon, take a ride to Nagarhole National Park, located in an ideal area to attract wildlife admirers.

Day 04 – Visit Nagarhole National Park
Spend time in the wild in Nagarhole which is one of the best wildlife destinations in India. It has been declared a tiger sanctuary in 1955, and a national park in 1975, and is a home to the inaccessible Royal Bengal Tiger, herds of Asian elephants, gaurs, leopards and wild dogs. The trees are thick and high standing covering a part of the biosphere called Nilgiri biosphere, which is home to rare birds such as Malabar trogon, Malabar pied hornbill and crested hawk-eagle.Take an early morning fortified safari, bird watch or go on a relaxing ride on the River Kabini in a coracle. In the evening go on a jeep or elephant safari into the jungle.

Day 05 – Nagarhole – BR Hills (100 km per 2 hrs)
Have breakfast and then drive to the BR Hills (Biligirirangana Hills) which is located between the rivers Cauvery and Kapila. This serene chain of hills is 16 kilometers long and rises to 5,091 feet above sea level and is laden with rich deciduous forest and inhabited by a wealth of wildlife.
The eco-retreat is an ideal location to rejuvenate. Hear the sound of birds, follow the forest paths, feel the cold mountain air and leave nature to reawaken your senses.

Day 06 – BR Hills – Bandipur National Park(60 km – 01 hr)
On your way to Bandipur today. Bandipur National Park . The majority of such reserves are even marked more by political lines rather than by any physical ones. Bandipur is located in the Indian southern state of Karnataka & is a 865 square kilometers forest area. It became a National Park in 1974 & is among the first 9 tiger reservations under the supervision of Project Tiger.

Day 07 – Bandipur National Park to Pollachi 230 Km /5 hours

Day 08 – Parambikulam Tiger Reserve 40 Km
Parambikulam Tiger Reserve is well-conserved wildlife reserves placed in South India after Breakfast beyond Topslip. It is a hotspot of biodiversity and you can find tigers, leopards and crocodiles.
Take an adventure jungle safari. Spend some nights in a tree house, undergo a night safari, and visit Parambikulam Lake on a boat cruise . With the buffer zone, the tiger reserve covers a distance of 643.66 Sq. Km. The Western Ghats, Anamalai sub-cluster, which comprises the entire Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary, is also before UNESCO World Heritage Committee to be selected as a World Heritage Site.
Parambikulam is the biodiversity hot spot of the world .According to the recent estimates the reserve has 28 tigers. Some of the creatures in this reserve (other than tigers) are elephants, leopards, lion-tailed macaque, peacocks, spotted deer, sambar deer, bison, porcupine and Nilgiri tahr. There are 250 species of birds that make it awesome to watch. It is the only place where one can observe a rare kind of frog called Parambikulam Chilappan.

DAY 09 – Pollachi – Munnar – (120 km – 03 hr)
After breakfast, proceed today to Munnar which is at the confluence of three mountain rivers, Muthirappuzha, Chanduvarai & Kundala. The climate is wet and cold most of the season, it is bound in wild Jungle. It was developed during the period when Britain was ruling India to grow tea plants. Then it was a favourite resort of the Brits-in-the-know and some people call it the Switzerland of India because of the natural and old-world architecture. Day 10 – Munnar – Eravikulam National
Today’s Half Day tour visits the tea estate which is extended like a green carpet over such a wide land. All those mountains, the green hills & the scenery here are the perfect place to go trekking and to take good long mountain walks.
We then went to Eravikulam National Park, established to conserve the Nilgiri Tahr that were endangered. The park harbors the highest known population of Tahr .It showcases the beautiful panorama of natural sceneries with sweeping planes of grasses and colorful exotic blossoms. Anamudi, the highest peak south of Himalayas.(Closed – January & February).

Day 11 – Munnar – Periyar(160 km 04 hr)
We continue driving to Periyar (Thekkady) one of the most interesting natural wildlife sanctuaries in India where we are very likely to get close glimpses of wildlife. The vegetation, flora & fauna & the birds are very peculiar, very large and very diverse that it does not resemble any other wildlife park in the globe. Even a non-professional visitor to this place will not help to notice the unusual ecological pattern. The word itself evokes a picture of elephants, an inexhaustible chain of cinnamon and cloves scented plantations. It has one of the best wildlife sanctuaries in the country to watch & photograph wildlife. A boat ride in the waters of Periyar lake that forms the backdrop of the wildlife sanctuary is also a soul moving and pleasant experience.
We visit the sanctuary later to be exposed to the beauty and ecological pattern.

Day 12 – Gavi Full Day safari and Departure
The journey starts with jeep safari to Gavi Ticket Counter to enter walking safari to Sabarimala Viewpoint after that takes place in a dense forest. The jeep will take one to the Ecotourism Information Centre by the evening 5.30 pm and one can stopover at Thekkady. Overnight Hotel-techy /periyar.
Day 13 – Periyar to Kumarakom (135 km 04 hr)
This morning we had a boat ride to see wildlife on Lake Periyar. Come back to the hotel after two hours of viewing wildlife and have breakfast.
Drive down later to Kumarakom . Kumarakom is a cradle of lakes, canals and paddy fields that transports a person to ecstasy. The houseboats that one will come across at Kumarakom are the traditional Kettuvallam and spending holidays on them is a heavenly experience. In addition to this, the Vembanad Lake is also host to a variety of sea life, which is exclusively the Karimeen (Pearl Spotted Fish), Chemeen (Prawns) and the Konju the Tiger Prawns.
Day 14 – Kumarakom – Kovalam (180 km – 05hr)
In the morning we got a houseboat and dropped directly to Kovalam, South of Trivandrum. Kovalam has two significant beaches cut apart by high cliffs. It is acquiring a new meaning in the face of some Ayurvedic salons as well as recuperation and regeneration resorts offering a bundle of services of Ayurvedic. Kovalam This coastal town was among the most favourite tourist destinations on the international scene and could not be a better place to enjoy the tropical sun rays and the suntan. Beach lovers have a wide range of water activities to engage in such as kayaking, swimming, surfing and skiing. Drop into some of the certified massaging places just around the beach once in a while, and treat yourself to a deluxe herbal, body- toning massage. The second day spent on vacation will be used to stay in a hotel located at the beach.
Day 15 – Kovalam Trivandrum:
In the morning, he embarked on a sightseeing tour to Trivandrum. The itinerary will have tourist attractions like Padmanabhaswamy temple which is a tall gopura, temples, arts and paintings. The central pavilion of the temple leaves an impression as it has 400 exquisitely carved granite pillars. The rest of the attraction points will also be covered by your guided sightseeing tour. After some time, transfer to Kovalam to spend the night.
Day 16 – Trivandrum Airport (16 Km -30 mins)
and in the morning, after breakfast they will drop you at Trivandrum International airport where you will take flight back home, with satisfaction of a nice vacation you had in the land which is called the God Own Country.
