Day 01 : Delhi Arrival

First day of Golden Triangle Tour with in North India , You will be welcomed by Our Driver representative upon arrival at Delhi airport and then you will be transferred to hotel. Stay overnight at hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 : Delhi

Establish your morning with a guided tour of Old Delhi. Starting with Raj Ghat where India’s son Mahatma Gandhi cremated. Visit the largest mosque in India known as Jama Masjid.Take a rickshaw ride in narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, old bazaar of Delhi. From here we will drive by Red Fort built by emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century & labelled by UNESCO as a world heritage site.Post lunch you will be taken for a tour to New Delhi planned by Sir Edwin Lutyens. Visit the Humayun’s Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the 16th century & renowned as a World Heritage Site. Our next attraction will be Qutub Minar, the tallest minaret of the world & a perfect example of Indo-Islamic architecture & listed in UNESCO’s world heritage site.Also visit the India Gate & President House, the official residence of the President of India. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur

Today morning after a leisurely breakfast check out from the hotel and drive directly to Jaipur known as Pink City. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 04: Jaipur

After breakfast in the morning, you will be taken for Amber Fort, the majestic fort located at the top of Aravali Hills. Take a short ride on elephant’s back to reach at the fort, an overwhelming experience. Come back to the city & visit the City Palace, a perfection of Rajput architecture, Palace of Winds popular as Hawa Mahal, a five storied building built in 1799 to enable the royal ladies to view the outside life & world. Later opt for Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 05 : Jaipur - Ranthambore

After taking breakfast, we head to Swai Madhapur, where our representative will transfer to a jungle lodge pre-booking. It will cool down in the hotel. Enjoy your leisure time in the hotel. You will have dinner at the hotel and retire for the night.

Day 06 - Ranthambhore National Park

Early in the morning, going for a safari in the Ranthambhore National Park and Tiger Reserve. You have a choice to go to a jeep safari or elephant safari. The park used to be the hunting ground of the former Maharajas. For nature lovers, Tours Golden Triangle with Ranthambore presents an exciting opportunity to see the fear of exciting wildlife of the area. Here, you can go for bird watching, hiking and wildlife exploration for two days. Also visit the 10th century fortress in the Park after which it is named. The park is known for Bengal tigers. The other animals found here include leopard, wild cats, panthers, snakes, monkeys, langurs and chitals, etc. Dinner at the lodge and retire for the night.

Day 7 : Ranthambhore - Agra

Today morning after a leisurely breakfast, checked out from the hotel and drive to Agra via visiting Abhaneri. Reach Agra and check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08: Agra

Today morning start from the hotel around 0600 AM and proceeds to visit the Taj Mahal. Visit Taj and return to the hotel. Later after breakfast visit Agra Fort. (A UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Itmad – Ud – Daulah (Baby Taj), Mehtab Bagh. Overnight stay at a hotel in Agra.

Day 09: Agra – Jhansi – Orchha (BY train) Orchha – Khajuraho

This morning after breakfast I transferred to Agra railway station to catch the Shatabdi Express train for Jhansi (Dep: 08:15 AM – Arr:1030 AM). Upon arrival you will be welcomed and picked up by our executive. Scenic drive towards Orchha, which is 20 Kms from Jhansi. Check in to the hotel and relax a bit. Later get ready to start a sightseeing tour of Orchha; explore Raja Mahal, Laxminaryan temple followed by a visit to Jahangir Mahal. Return to the hotel and

sightseeing tour of Khajuraho. Visit beautiful temples of Khajuraho; Lakshmana temple, Kandariya Mahadev temple, Duladeo temple, Devi Jagadambi temple, Javari temple, Chaturbhuj temple, Vamana temple. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 10: Khajuraho – Varanasi (By Domestic flights)

Today morning after breakfast I checked out from the hotel and transferred to Khajuraho airport to Board flight to Varanasi. Here in Varanasi upon arrival you will be received by out representative and transferred to the pre-booked hotel. Later in the evening be witness of Ganga Aarti ceremony. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 11: Varanasi

A sunrise boat ride on the Ganges presents an incredible tableau, as multitudes of devotees pay homage to the Sun God. Cruise past the bathing ghats and crematoriums, followed by a walking tour of the old city. Later in the afternoon take an excursion to Sarnath – The major centre of Buddhism in India, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 12: Varanasi – Chennai ( BY flight)

Today morning after a leisurely breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Varanasi airport to board your flight for Chennai. Arrival at Chennai Airport meet & greet by Representative and transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay .

Afternoon proceed for sightseeing in Chennai – visit Kapaleeshwar Temple, Santhome Cathedral, Parthsarthy Temple, Marina Beach and National Art Gallery. Overnight stay in Chennai.

Day 14: Chennai –Kanchipuram- Mahabalipuram

After Breakfast , leave for Kanchipuram, by road. Around 70 km westwards of Mahabalipuram, Kanchipuram is referred to as one of the 7 sacred cities of Hinduism. The Chola capital during the 2nd century, Kanchipuram today is an important place where people come to gain knowledge about Jainism, Hinduism and Buddhism. You may visit the city’s popular temples such as Kamakshi Amman temple, Ekambareswarar temple and so on. Also visit the silk weavers of the city, residing here from past four centuries. Thereafter, continue towards Mahabalipuram. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 15 :- Mahabalipuram-Pondicherry

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel as the move to Pondicherry. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel as the move to Pondicherry local sightseeing. Visit , Arrovil, Aurobindo Ashram, Museum, Pondicherry Beach, Chunnambar Boat House, Manakula Vinayagar Temple, Botanical garden, Paradise Beach, Infant Jesus Church. After sightseeing back to hotel in Pondicherry.

Day 17 : Pondicherry - Thanjavur (Tanjore)-

Today, get all set to leave for Tanjore in the morning, by car. On arrival, check-in at your hotel. After some rest, the rest of the day is for sightseeing in Tanjore including the very well-known Brihadeeswarar Temple.This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a temple that is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The other attractions of the day include the Saraswathi Mahal Library and the Art Gallery. Overnight in Tanjore.

Day 18: Thanjavur - to Chettinad 2 Hours Distance & drive to Madurai

After breakfast , Drive to ChettinadChettinad is renowned across India for its unique spectacular combination of flavorful cuisine, yet few venture to this sleepy, tranquil village. In its former glory days, Chettinad was a booming community of decadence. The Nagarathar (Nattukottai Chettiar), a group of successful merchants, built their palaces and mansions here about one hundred years ago. Today, most of these majestic ancestral homes are crumbling away with their rubies intact, yet the lavish spirit lives on within the vivid culture, and artisanal traditions of textiles and woodcraft. If you are seeking an authentic experience in India, this is truly the hidden gem.

Go antique shopping in Karaikudi and watch weavers at work as well, visit a 17th century fort in Thirumayam. The hand made tile unit at Athangudi would be an interesting learning experience as would be the visit to a school in Kanadukathan where you can interact with village children, definitely a fascinating experience.Visit many a traditional Chettinad home, more importantly Kamban Mani Mandapam and Kaviarsar Kannadhasan Mani Mandapam; visit the terracotta tile factory in Athangudi. In the morning after breakfast you have an opportunity to take a Half Day Tour to Meenakshi Sundareshwar, It was first built 2000 years ago & was substantially expanded between the years (1623-55 AD). Initially there was only the Shiva temple. A striking feature of the temple is the astonishing structure known as Ayiramkaal mandapam or the Hall of a thousand pillars in the outermost corridor. Day 20 Madurai – Munnar

After breakfast in the morning drive to Next drive to Munnar. It was the favorite summer resort of the British monarchs in the past. Day 22 Munnar - Periyar (136 km - 3 ½ hr)or Thekkady

After Morning breakfast you visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Set on an attractive lakeside, it is South India's most popular Wildlife Sanctuary. It is a place to cruise on the lake & gives an opportunity to see wildlife. It is home to tigers, leopards, elephants, bison, antelopes, sambhar, wild boar, monkeys, a wide variety of birds. Day 24 Periyar - Kumarakom / Alleppey (Overnight Houseboat)

In the morning, complete you breakfast and get ready to visit Kumarakom Bird sanctuary. There are two seasons for birds: between October & February there are cormorants, teals, & other ducks & from February to July there are darters (snake birds), night herons, egrets, & Siberian storks. It also has golden backed woodpecker, crow pheasant, white-breasted water hen, tree pie etc. Later we board the houseboat, locally called Kettuvallam, cruise around beautiful backwaters of Kumarakom to Alleppeyto observe & experience the daily life of the villagers along the backwaters. Day 25 Alleppey - Cochin (65 km - 01 hr)

Today we disembarked the boat at Alleppey. Later drive to Cochin, one of the finest natural harbours on the Arabian coastline. Its cosmopolitan character is reflected in the buildings & structures representing different regions of the world. Today we visit Jew Town, synagogue, the spice market, Chinese fishing nets, (Cheenavala) are distinctly unique to Cochin. It is believed that traders from the court of the Chinese ruler Kublai Khan introduced this Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 26: Cochin Departure

This brings the end of our wonderful tour. Post breakfast at the hotel, guests would be transferred to the international airport for their onward journey back home.
